Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

​

• We require a 50% deposit to hold and confirm a session.

• The balance is due at the beginning of your session. 

• NO PRODUCT WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL OR PRIOR ARRANGEMENT

• billing starts at the designated start time.

• Deposits are non refundable.  

• We require 48 hours notification in the event of a cancelled session.

• With proper notice we can, and will, apply your deposit toward your next session.

• NO WALK-INS- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

        Client are responsible for their own data. We suggest you bring a hard drive with you to back up the data once session is completed. Buss Recording is not responsible or liable for the Loss of data/ information.
